About the Creative Network
The Creative Network brings local creatives together to connect, share ideas and develop partnerships. It is led by CPP Hounslow on behalf of Creative Enterprise West (CREW).
CREW is one of London’s creative enterprise zones, facilitated by the Mayor of London, designed to promote, connect and develop creative practises through events, training and opportunities. CREW is Hounslow’s zone and together with CPP Hounslow, has a thriving and ever-growing Creative Network. The network brings together artists, practitioners and businesses in the creative sector to encourage new relationships, partnerships and opportunities across film, TV, broadcasting, multimedia and digital marketing.
The Creative Network is brought together in person and online through Hounslow Connects, a platform for artists to regularly connect, exhibit and learn about opportunities and creative happenings within the borough and beyond.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The Network is for creatives living or working in the borough of Hounslow and the surrounding area. Whether you’re a freelancer, a micro-enterprise, or part of a larger company; artist, maker, writer, designer, in media or digital, architect or performer, we’d love to hear from you and connect.
WHAT WE DO
We run regular networking events, with opportunities for members to share skills and work, make connections, and feed into future plans. Additionally, the network is kept up to date with events, exhibits, call outs and all sorts of creative opportunities through regular emails and social media content.
We speak regularly to creatives, artists, spaces and venues across the borough to better understand their needs and ambitions and see where we can connect the dots and guide them towards the right resources and platforms. We’re always looking out for ideas and people who’d like to make them happen.
